It’s all about creating more raw authentic moments, such as your child running to your spouse's arms, your kids tickling one another on a blanket, or the look in your child’s eyes as they admire you as their parents. It’s in these moments of life that we want to hold onto forever.

These sessions are typically shot in prairie grasses, tall pines, or your favorite park and include a variety of natural and posed shots. It all depends on the style you love.

You bet! I will send a style guide upon booking to assist you in outfitting your family in colors, patterns and textures that will highlight your best features and photograph your family beautifully.
Precisely one-hour before sunset is the sweet spot to give us the perfect lighting that will leave your faces glowing and give your photos the warmth that you love from my photography style. I am also open to early morning shoots if your little ones thrive in the morning.
I offer a limited number of mini sessions in the spring and fall. Be sure to follow along on Instagram to be the first to hear when they will take place and how to lock in your spot.
While it is certainly not a must, I do recommend you get your make up done if you have time! It can make a huge difference in your photos.
On average, you can expect to come away with 40-50 images of your family from a traditional family session with me.
Once your photos are ready, you will receive an email with a link to an online, gallery where you can view, download and order prints from.
While slow and busy seasons can impact turnaround times, you can expect to receive your completed gallery within approximately two weeks of your session.
